Thank you for shopping with Aura Global. Customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The product received is damaged or defective
- The wrong item was delivered
- The product is significantly different from the description
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
- Return request must be submitted within 3–7 days of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns or refunds are not applicable for:
- Customized or personalized products
- Items damaged after delivery
- Products used, washed, or altered by the customer
- Minor color or design differences caused by screen display settings
- Clearance or sale items (unless damaged)
3. Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact our support team with your order details.
- Provide photos/videos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
- Once approved, instructions for return shipping will be shared.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the error was caused by Aura Global.
4. Refund Policy
After receiving and inspecting the returned item:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method where possible
- Shipping charges are generally non-refundable
If Cash on Delivery (COD) was used, refund methods may vary.
5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges may be offered depending on stock availability.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, an alternative product or refund may be offered.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your payment provider or bank
- Processing times may vary depending on financial institutions
If the issue continues, contact our support team.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be canceled before shipment processing begins.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- Missing item
- Incorrect order
Please contact us within 24–48 hours after delivery with proof images/videos for quick resolution.
